James founded Reviresco Partners in 2021 after a decade focused exclusively on developing businesses in the Alternative Asset Management Industry. During this period James formed part of the Global business development team at Cheyne Capital, was Head of Distribution at Kairos Investment Management Ltd and latterly worked within a large European Family Office where he spearheaded the development of the family’s two Asset Management entities, including researching Asset Managers for the purpose of acquisition. James is also a Partner in Urbanic, a Sequoia backed London-based online women’s fashion brand and is a Director on both the UK & Singapore entities. Prior to his career in business James was a professional & international athlete and has an MA in Political Science from the University of Cambridge.

Prior to Albany, Cecilia has worked for an investment firm that managed a PE fund in addition to a multiple-family office. Her entrepreneurial flair was confirmed by being an employee of a new energy start-up. Her work experience has included market research, client relations, investment management and detailed due diligence. She is bilingual and holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (BA Hons) from the University of Oxford.

Jamie Kirkwood has more than 25 years’ experience in the TMT investment banking and private equity/venture capital sectors both in the UK & US. He spent the first 10 years of his career at Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers working in corporate finance, equity capital markets and investment management. He then moved to the corporate sector where he was part of the senior management in the listing of a company on the NYSE for over a billion dollars. He has spent the last 7 years working in venture capital/private equity, most recently with TMT Capital Partners & Hoxton Ventures. He has led numerous deals including the series A&B for SuperAwesome acquired by Epic games in 2020 for US$275million and was part of Hoxton Ventures’ investment into Darktrace. He holds a degree in International Business & Finance from the European Business School – London.

Jothan has over 10 years’ experience as a technology investor, entrepreneur and finance professional. He has founded several technology companies, most notably GraduRates Ltd which was acquired by RateSetter Ltd in 2015. Prior to joining the team at Albany, Jothan worked on private equity and venture capital investments globally at ACE & Company, Khazanah, Oxford Seed Fund and SeedNet Ventures. Jothan started his career on the trading floor, trading equities, ETFs and options at Peel Hunt and Cantor Fitzgerald. Beyond investments, Jothan is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and is a mentor at the Virgin Startup programme. Jothan holds an MA (Hons) in Economics from the University of St Andrews and an MBA from the University of Oxford.

Charles Clark has more than 30 years of experience of working in financial services specialising in strategic planning, financing, M&A and IPOs, with a focus on the technology industry. An experienced leader with a proven track record having founded two successful companies, alongside holding a multitude of position as a CEO and Chairman. Prior to entering financial services, he served in the British Army undertaking active service in Northern Ireland and Iraq. He was previously Managing Director at Panmure Gordon as part of a team with £1.3BN AUM, Ockham Capital where he supported high growth companies implementing growth and financing strategies, leading to notable IPOs and successful acquisitions. In 2008 he founded Rosslyn Data Technologies, a supply chain and procurement analytics platform, servicing over 200 industry leading clients which listed in 2014.Charlie is currently the Chairman and founder of Dark beam Limited, a high growth Cyber Security Digital Risk Protection Platform. He sat as a Board Advisor to the GDPR institute advising on matters including financing and go-to-market strategy. Charlie holds an MBA from Cass Business School and is a graduate of the royal military academy Sandhurst.

David’s bio is as below:
David Roffe has 5 years’ experience working in the financial sector. Prior to joining Albany Investment, David was an Investment Associate at a UHNW Private Family Office, concentrating on growth stage technology companies with responsibility for the full due diligence cycle of potential investments. David also worked at Ernst and Young in Capital Debt Advisory, assisting and advising mid-market companies on the best forms of capital raising and financing strategies across a multitude of sectors. Before entering financial services, David served as a Royal Marines Commando completing operational tours of the Middle East and specialised in Information Exploitation and Cyber Security. He attended Durham University, holds an advanced diploma in financial market analysis and is a Warwick Business School MBA Candidate.
